-    date and time the site was accessed
-    name and URL of the file retrieved
-    the volume of data transferred
-    a notification about whether the retrieval was successful

This data is processed to allow the website to be used (establish a connection), ensure the system is secure and enable us to carry out technical administration on the network infrastructure and optimise the Internet service. We cannot match this data to a specific person. This data is not merged with any other data source and is also deleted after statistical analysis.

The gathering, processing and use of personal data
When processing your data, your interests which warrant protection are always respected in accordance with the legal requirements. Personal data is only ever gathered if you share it with us voluntarily by contacting us (e.g., your name, e-mail address or home address). We only use the data you share with us without your express permission in order to respond to your questions. After we have responded to your questions, your data is barred from further use unless you have expressly opted to give your permission for us to use your data further.

Use of cookies
We use “cookies” on different pages of our website to make your visit an attractive experience and enable the use of certain functions. Cookies are small text files which become embedded on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted again after your browser session ends, i.e. after you close your browser (these are called “session cookies”). Other cookies stay on your device and allow us or our partners to recognise your browser on your next visit (these are called “persistent cookies”).

You can change your browser settings to notify you when cookies are being used and decide whether to accept them on an individual basis, block cookies in specific cases, or block them entirely. Not accepting cookies can limit our website’s performance.

Creating a pseudoanonymised user profile for web analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, which is a web analytics service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text components which are saved on your computer and enable your use of our website to be analysed. The cookie generates information about your use of this website which is usually transferred to and saved on a Google server in the USA. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website and it is being accessed from one of the European Union Member States or in other member countries of the European Economic Area agreement, Google shortens the IP address before it is transferred. The full IP address is transferred to and shortened in Google’s server in the US only in exceptional cases. Google uses this information on behalf of this website’s operator in order to analyse your usage of the website, generate reports about website activities and help the website’s operator to provide other services related to website and internet usage. The IP address gathered from your browser by Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can change your browser’s software settings to prevent cookies from being saved. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to fully use all of the features on this website.
You can also prevent Google from gathering and processing cookie-generated data about your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available here: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
